Alkalign's signature class focuses on strength, flexibility, and alignment is condensed to give you a full-body workout, ending with soothing, restorative sequences of myofascial release and stretching. Treat your hard-working muscles right after you work them and leave class feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and recharged. Massage balls required (we recommend the Yoga Tune Up brand). Balls are available for purchase or $2 rental in studios.
